Payment methods

Credit Card          

Your credit card will be charged once we ship the goods to you. Please make sure that your card is activated for international transactions.

We use the 3D-Secure transactions.
 

 

 

Paypal (exclusively for deliveries within the European Union)

            

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal, where you’ll need to be signed up. Get legitimized with your login data and confirm us your payment order (exception made when guest access applicable). You will receive further information during the ordering process.

 

Prepayment/ Payment per Bank transfer (SEPA only European Union)

When you select prepayment, you’ll be handed our bank details in the order confirmation. Your goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

For orders by phone, fax, letter, e-mail or prescription, the payment method is limited to prepayment. We reserve the right to exclude payment methods without giving reasons.

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract and is to be paid in full within 7 days. All prices are lump sum prices (including VAT for deliveries within Germany and in member states of the EU including third territories; plus, lump sum price for VAT-free export delivery to third countries).

The invoice amount should be transferred to the following account stating the invoice or order number as payment reference:

The chargeback fees of the banks and savings banks resulting from incorrect account details or chargebacks which are not based on our fault shall occur at the customer’s expense.
 

Cash on delivery (exclusively for deliveries within Germany)

If you choose the payment method cash on delivery, an extra 5,90 Euro will be charged in addition to the shipping costs. The shipping will be made by DHL.

 

Note on deliveries abroad

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer to the local customs or tax authorities. However, not to the supplier. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order, including the need for import licenses.
