Cancellation policy
As a consumer, resident in an EU country (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in relation to articles purchased in our online-shop in accordance with the following instruction:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days valid from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last article.

by means of a clear statement (for e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form sample, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is enough that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all the payments we received from you including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges resulting from the type of delivery you chose other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within no later than fourteen days starting from the date on which we received the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed with you otherwise; in any case you will not be charged any fees incurred for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods. Whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days starting from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract at the latest. The goods shall be sent back or handed over to:

This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
General indication of termination of the right of cancellation
The right of withdrawal is not applicable
- the supply of goods to countries outside the EU
- the supply of goods which are not ready-made, whose production is determined by an individual choice or intended use by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; this applies to medicinal products which have been specially prepared for you, for e.g., because of a medical prescription from a doctor (formulations).
- the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly; this may be the case for certain drugs.
- for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery; in the case of medicinal products which are available only from pharmacies or are available only on prescription, which have been sealed with a clearly recognisable seal which goes beyond mere packaging and which have been removed after delivery, the right of withdrawal is terminated.
